Dr. Congo and Dr. Dean are in contractual agreement with the following dental insurance companies:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee
• Cigna
• Connection Dental (which is the umbrella for many insurance companies, please email with questions about your specific policy )
• Delta Dental (Premier)
• GEHA
• Guardian
• Metlife
• Principal

Our office manager, Dana, is very knowledgeable about dental insurance plans.  She can help answer any questions that you have about your policy or one that you may be considering joining.  She can be reached by email at officemanager@eastviewfamilydentistry.com .

Although Drs. Congo and Dean may not be in contractual agreement with your insurance company, we want to help you receive the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled.
